We were lucky to have Janice taking care of switch our home, auto and umbrella insurance from another carrier to State Farm, it was a wonderful experience that went unbelievably smooth and quick at the same time. Janice helped us through every step of the switching process, her communication skills and fast reply to my emails was really superb. I had dealt with many insurance representatives who would only like to sell their products but don’t care about helping their customers during or after the switching process, Janice was a great exception, she went over the details of coverage, guided us to choose the right policy, responded to our numerous e mails with many questions right away, provided us will all resources to get discounts , followed up with us after making the switch and kept us informed with the progress of the policies and offered help whenever we needed. I strongly recommended her for our friends and family and I would recommend her highly to anyone who would like to buy any insurance product with assurance of a wonderful experience.
