Position Overview
We’re seeking a Sales Account Representative with a proven track record of success in insurance sales or a related field. The ideal candidate is self-driven, goal-oriented, and succeeds on delivering measurable results. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work. The successful candidate is resilient in the face of challenges, remains focused on the end goal and looks for innovative ways to achieve success even when encountering setbacks. Key Responsibilities
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions
• Provide exceptional service through clear communication and consistent follow-through & follow-up
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
• Cultivate, maintain and build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Establish and meet marketing goals with agent & team members
• Manage renewals, policy updates, and cross-selling opportunities with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices
Requirements
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Proven experience in insurance sales (Property & Casualty or Life & Health, Auto preferred).
• Active insurance license(s)
• Self-motivated & detail oriented
• Punctuality
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
• A “get the job done” attitude — driven, resilient, and dependable
